Room712 is an independent creative platform committed to fostering performing arts and interdisciplinary art in Hong Kong.
Our projects — from performances and workshops to experimental showings — are self-funded by artists and organizer.

捐助項目 Donation Funds
(1) 本地發展基金 Local Development Fund
支持本地年輕創作者的原創製作及多元演出發展，為他們提供實踐創意的機會與平台。Room712 相信藝術的成長源於社群的支持——此基金旨在培育本地新晉藝術家、 跨界實驗者及表演者，推動各類形式的舞蹈及跨界演出，讓更多觀眾認識香港當代藝術的多樣面貌。
The Local Development Fund supports emerging Hong Kong artists in realizing their original productions and diverse performances. Through this fund, Room712 provides a platform for young creators to explore, collaborate, and grow — nurturing the next generation of artistic voices in our city.
(2) 海外交流基金 Overseas Exchange Fund
透過舉辦與海外藝術家的交流及工作坊，促進本地藝術家與不同文化、創作方式的對話與合作。Room712 深信跨文化的藝術連結能夠開拓視野，激發靈感，並一直積極邀請不同地方的藝術家來港分享創作及開設工作坊，讓本地藝術家能夠接觸更多元的藝術語言與創作思維。同時，基金亦支持由 Room712 製作的本地原創作品走出香港，參與海外藝術節、駐場及展演活動，將香港的創作能量帶到國際舞台，推動持續而雙向的文化交流。
The Overseas Exchange Fund strengthens artistic dialogue between Hong Kong and the world. By bringing international artists to Hong Kong to lead workshops and collaborative projects, Room712 provides local artists with opportunities to learn from diverse creative practices and cultural perspectives.
At the same time, the fund supports Room712-led productions to be presented internationally — through residencies, festivals, and touring programs — sharing Hong Kong’s artistic vision with global audiences and fostering ongoing, two-way cultural exchange.
(3) 實驗發展基金 Experimental Development Fund
支持跨媒介及實驗性藝術家的研究與創作，鼓勵不同領域的藝術家探索新形式、交流想法，並挑戰表演的既有框架。基金亦支持實驗性 jam、showing 及開放交流活動，讓公眾得以深入了解創作的多重面向，並成為藝術發展的一部分。
The Experimental Development Fund nurtures interdisciplinary and experimental artistic practices. It supports artists in developing new ideas, testing creative boundaries, and engaging the community through open showings and improvisational jams — keeping Room712 at the forefront of creative innovation.
